Applied to them several times for Transfer of PF accumulation to my present company’s
A/c.

My present company McNALLY BHARAT ENGG. CO. LTD. applied (Scan copy enclosed)
to transfer of Provident Fund accumulation A/c. no. JH/1227/M-2770 & EPS A/c. no. JH/1227/1829
account dt. 08.04.2009 to my previous company.

But till date I am not getting any positive news /confirmation from your end to get
transfer of my account to my present office.

I am also enclosing the scan copy of forwarding letter & duly filled in form no 13A for your kind
favour & expecting an action in this regard.

The below mentioned mail came from Mr. N.K.Shukla, Dy. Mgr.-Personnel,

The PF Office sent me the letter saying that My name written in the form and that of the company records does not match.

I have applied for withdraw my EPF since last 2 months, my EPF A/c.No.is DL/32000/32017 and the EPF Withdrawal form deposited in your below addressed EPF office on 19/09/2009. I had deposited my PF withdrawl form at your office in the month of Aug-2009 and my PF A/C number is DL-17547/09404, till now PF withdrawl amount is not credited in my bank A/C(icici bank limited & A/C no.is[protected]. Now it is almost six months and as per my knowledge the time for settlement of PF amount is 45 days.So I am bit surprised that no action has been taken till now.
