[Resolved]  Seagate — ID 160 GB HARD DISK (DEFECTIVE AND REPAIR HARD DISK OF 4 TIMES)

I have purchased a Hard Drive 80 GB (I.D). The Hard Drive is not working. The hard drive was sent for change from your Nehru Place center on 11 January 2010. The Hard drive was repaired after about 2 days. The changed Hard drive was not working & same was again retuned on 13th January 2010. The hard Drive is again changed after 4 days. The same is again not working. Again it is asked that it is not working & they ask to submit again for change. Is the product is defective or damaged Hard is repaired? In both the cases it should be changed immediately. I am 5 times ignore our office but not any hearing my problem. First time purchased 80 GB (id) hard drive on 22 NOVEMBER 2008 changed my 80 hard drive to 160 GB hard drive (defective and repaired) give to me. I am 5 times up down Nehru place Seagate office but not any solution for this problem.
