[Resolved]  Select Shaadi Membership — Complaint against shaadi.com

We regret to have chosen select shaadi membership as we have been cheated. The service was very bad. We never got even a single accepted profile from select shaadi. The relationship manager never bothered to call on time and do any follow up. When we called either there will be no response or he was on leave. So we decided to end this membership to get our money back as given in the website: select shaadi - professional match making services. In our case, we meet all the conditions as per money back guarantee. But whenever we call customer care they told that there will be call back within 48 hrs. But we never received any call. And now when we ask for moneyback. The relationship manager tells that my father told him that my marriage was fixed. Which is not true and we never expected this kind of behavior. It's very unprofessional. We confirmed them to cancel membership just 3 weeks after we bought membership. But they have dragged this till the end of My membership, which ends on 16th july 2012. And now they are giving us option to continue membership instead of money back. I want to sue shaadi.com. I'm not alone cheated like this.
