When one of my friends complained that his profile was randomly deleted by shaadi.com- I laughed at him and teased him that he must have misbehaved in some manner. But today when my profile was suddenly deleted I was aghast and felt thoroughly insulted.

Upon various representations and follow-up’s from your end, I took the VIP services offered by shaadi.com. However, my experience with VIP scheme is very bad, in fact horrible. The service that they promise while registering is never fulfilled.

This ID # SH29941089 of a fraud person was deactivated by shaadi.com people as they received several complaints against him. Again this fraud person created another fake ID # "SH91564266" in shaadi.com & matrimony people confirmed that the identity is same of the person holding this IDs. We regret to have chosen select shaadi membership as we have been cheated. The service was very bad. We never got even a single accepted profile from select shaadi. The relationship manager never bothered to call on time and do any follow up. When we called either there will be no response or he was on leave. I am writing to express concern over the sudden deactivation of my profile on 26th June. Upon contacting support, I was informed that this was due to a violation of your Terms and Conditions. However, no specific reason was provided, and I was told this information cannot be shared due to company policy.

I would like to clarify that I have always used the platform sincerely, with the genuine intent of finding a suitable match. I strongly believe that my profile may have been falsely reported, and the action taken was possibly without thorough verification.

It is disheartening to be permanently restricted from creating a new profile without being given a fair explanation or the opportunity to respond. I respectfully request that you review this matter again and provide more clarity.

Shaadi.com’s screw job has caused me & many others to lose our life savings due to their negligence online originating a well coordinated scam. Anupam Mittal’s response to this is posting fake reviews online to gather more victims to their online scams. I encourage everyone to boycott shaadi.com as soon as possible without second thought. Money is more important than time pass online with the fellow ladies or gents. Losing your senses online to greed or being tricked is a consequence of shaadi.com’s no care policy in their conduct. With less & less online consumers the demise of shaadi.com’s screw job of scamming us will come. First take the caretaker ladies out & then the horny gents will follow - all offline when it comes to this scam business. The only ones left online will be parents. These online scammers whether legal or not have no business to ruin our lives with deceit in the form of money transfer. We have a life long uphill battle to put an end to online matrimony from India because our parents arrange our marriage in this culture. Please accept my apologies for losing my money to these online culprits. Police & governments can not do anything about this - but your senses & knowledge can.
