    I had paid 2994 on March 4th. But upon checking the portal, i found out that there are not enough matches for me. Further, the company promised to provide contact details of suitable matches which it failed to provide. Upon raising complaint, company told me that it can't refund the amount.

      I would like to make a official complaint against shaadi.com. I was previously a paid member for just under a year during that time my profile went under numerous random validation and was asked to upload a form of I.D I multiple times uploaded my driving licence or passport. Unsure why I had to so it soo many times.

      My profile was deleted due to me apparently breaching terms and conditions. I asked for my profile to be reactivated and after months of going back and forth with customer service they are asking me for numerous more documents.

      They want education document. Despite me not claiming I am a degree holder I left after high school over 20 years ago they want certificates. This makes no sense I am not educated! If I was claiming i am a degree holder I would understand the need for proof. I have explained this numerous times but they want listen

      Income and employment proof. As I have already given my I.D documents numerous times I feel very uncomfortable with sharing more personal information I don't see why this is required for a matrimony site

      They have also asked me to give a certificate proving I am unmarried. This is not even possible in the UK we don't get given certificates to say we are single!

      I only suspect shaadi.com is doing some type of fraud with people's documents

        95% Profiles are Fake who don't reply after Sending Invitations

        Shaadi.com is the Biggest Fraud on Earth taking place openly. 90% of the Files are fake. When you try to search the lady from whom you have got the invitation you won't find her on any Social media platform. How it's possible that in 21st Century person is not using any FB, Insta, Twitter or LinkedIn.

          I was holding an Premium Membership of Shaadi.com earlier. One of their sales person named Sejal coaxed me into going for Select Shaadi services promising that the services have improved and we will get value for money for the Select services package which costed INR 14000/-. We were very reluctant though as we had a bad experience in the past as well.

          After going in for the Select services, we have'nt been getting relevant profiles. Moreover some of the profiles do not even match my partner preferences. There seems to be an automated system thats doing this work randomly than an agent actually handling the customer profile. Services are not delivered as promised. I had already mentioned to them several times that we are looking for personalized services not post man services.

          Having said I' am not getting value for money spent on this services and am looking to dis-continue this service and have a refund back to my account. I am happy with Premium services itself. The company or their employees are wasting the money of the customer and thereby cheating them.

            Dear Team,
            I would like to register my complaint against SHAADI.COM premium Select Service plan that promised to offer personalized service at a cost of Rs 15, 000/- paid for 3 months starting April 24 2022. Sana Khan Pooja Chawla and Kavita Relationship Manager from delhi does not understand the requirement and keep pushing non relevant profiles. They leave everything on you from searching profiles to connecting. I have spent money for NO SERVICE. Can u please help me take my money back services is still not ended .

              Shaadi.com sales team called me multiple times and insisted me to take premium membership of 30000.They said guaranteed money back if we are not able to arrange a meeting in one month.They were not able to arrange a single meeting and are not ready to return my money.Its been 2.5 months..not even a single meeting they have arranged.They took all money by making false promises.

                Hi, I have taken shaadi.com assisted matrimony plan after their sales team called me couple of times.They took 30000 for 3 months promising 1 meeting for sure in 1 st month.Else money back guarantee - no questions asked.They were not able to arrange a single meeting in 1 month and when I started asking money back they started misbehaving.Its 2.5 months now not even a single meeting is arranged.They have stopped replying calls and not ready to return money.Such fraud people.

                  Membership not activated nor my money refunded.

                  Since than I am being followed up for my money refunded. But, they just asking for statements with till date transactions. Which I have provided numerous times.

                  They just said that the transaction was failed which is showing successful in my account statement and it didn't got refunded. The Shaadi.com Help team just wasting my time and effort to get my money back.

                    I took the 3 months membership thinking shaadi.com is a genuine website and will help me finding the match, but, when i started using it, every person i used to contact was not genuine on this application. I paid my hard earned money to find my life partner.
