I was holding an Premium Membership of Shaadi.com earlier. One of their sales person named Sejal coaxed me into going for Select Shaadi services promising that the services have improved and we will get value for money for the Select services package which costed INR 14000/-. We were very reluctant though as we had a bad experience in the past as well.

After going in for the Select services, we have'nt been getting relevant...

I would like to register my complaint against SHAADI.COM premium Select Service plan that promised to offer personalized service at a cost of Rs 15, 000/- paid for 3 months starting April 24 2022. Sana Khan Pooja Chawla and Kavita Relationship Manager from delhi does not understand the requirement and keep pushing non relevant profiles. They leave everything on you from searching profiles to connecting. I have spent money...

I had created an account and purchased premium membership. Then they suddenly deactivated the account without any reason and I lost my money and membership....

Shaadi.com sales team called me multiple times and insisted me to take premium membership of 30000.They said guaranteed money back if we are not able to arrange a meeting in one month.They were not able to arrange a single meeting and are not ready to return my money.Its been 2.5 months..not even a single meeting they have arranged.They took all money by making false promises....

Hi, I have taken shaadi.com assisted matrimony plan after their sales team called me couple of times.They took 30000 for 3 months promising 1 meeting for sure in 1 st month.Else money back guarantee - no questions asked.They were not able to arrange a single meeting in 1 month and when I started asking money back they started misbehaving.Its 2.5 months now not even a single meeting is arranged.They have stopped replying calls and not ready...

I have a profile over shaadi.com with my registered mail I'd: [protected]@yahooo.com. I have purchased 6 months membership plan for the same. But to my surprise, my profile got deactivated and when I contacted customer support of shaadi.com, they told me that the profile got deactivated due to the violation of terms and conditions by me but when I enquired what violation I did, they simply refused to tell the violation did by me.

Since than I am being followed up for my money refunded. But, they just asking for statements with till date transactions. Which I have provided numerous times.

They just said that the transaction was failed...

I paid for a 1 year premium a month ago. Last week I got an email that my profile requires random verification. I provided the documents they requested and asked to reactivate it. At first, the customer care rep said they need 1 more document. I provided that and then called them again. They confirmed they have all the documents and are activating it then. On 20-Feb-2022 Shaadi.com charge me Rupees 1238 to upgrade my profile. But no upgrade would done by Shaadi.com . As I talk to the customer care of Shaadi.com executive they are saying no amount given to them. I have made the payment through Kotak Mahindra Bank online UPI, and which is successful it done. Shaadi.com executive saying they want my Bank account statement, which I have given to them thousands of times
But no needful would...

My profile has been deactivated, written email to grievance officer, submitted all the documents as desired, despite of repeated reminders to Mr Shaikh, no resolution till date and profile not reactivated...

Totally useless, waste of time and money..guys plz dont buy any membership. Fake application or website just to make you fool and make money. Once you become paid membership then you won’t get any response from any member and no help from shaadi.com team, no one calls neither response to tour emails or call. Indian government...
