I took services from "seventymm". my member id was- 150946. after two month on 2009, i informed them that i won't continue with them and i want my security money back. but i didn't get my money back yet. I was sent many mails to seventymm Customer i.d & talk with Customer care managers Mr. Vatsal also but he is not serious for money back...Plz. see following mails...

If you are seventy mm employee. help me for my security amount, if possible.

Seventymm — Refund Cheque

I cancelled my membership of seventymm on 29 Jan 2009 after using the service for just one month. The cd formatting was incompatible with both my dvd and samsung player. I spoke to Alok from seventymm who cancelled the membership and promised to send me cheque for Rs 645(Rs 345 deposit and Rs 300 monthly rental) I have yet to receive the cheque and find it impossible to speak to anyone in customer care. You get a voicemail to leave your name and number, but no one calls you back. I am still waiting for the cheque it has been almost a month.

Dear Mr. Raghav Kher,

Am extremely sorry to bother you as I value 'your precious time', however am left with no other option.

It’s been more than a dozen time pleading with your customer care/front desk & your ‘most eloquent’ sales troop to discontinue the services rendered towards the below given member ID number register in month of January 2009, nevertheless keeping their hopes alive they persistently call, bombard with SMSs & keep posting the web mailers. THE WORST IS REMINDING ME TO PAY THE MONTHLY BILL.

Am not asking for any refund, but requesting you to put an end to this merciless phone calls/sms from your office.
