[Resolved]  Shalimar Estate (P) Ltd. Chandigarh — Registration of Plot is Delayed on what Technical grounds ?

Sorry i missed this forum ( SHALIMAR ESTATE ALLOTTEES WELFARE ASSOCIATION, NAGGAL/ALIPUR (PANCHKULA)” earlier and had been interacting with and airing my concern to Shalimar Estate individually. I am Col Manvijay Gautam from Jammu, currently staying in Delhi. I have been allotted plot No 14 (10 Marala) in Naggal/ Alipur (Panchkula). I had paid entire amount of plot in two installments by mid 2003. I was informed by their office that the registration of the plot will be done in Oct 2008.

In Oct 2008 when i approached for registration i was told that they have Court case with Haryana Govt and once case is concluded favourably (in 6 to 8 months) the plot will be allotted. Now since then i had been sending letters to them and also speaking on phone for finding out the status of case and likely time line of registration of plot. They never replied to my letter but every time i spoke on phone with their front desk executive, i was told it might take another 2 to 3 months for closure of case and then registration of plots will start. Of late they have even stopped picking up the phone.

Could you please update me on the current status of case and when are we likely to get the plots. I also request you to kindly include me in the association and i will hereafter be with the association for any action jointly the association wants to take to get our plots from Shalimar Estate.

Even I have also paid the full amout to Shalimaar Estate for the plot no. 428 P at same location and wrote several letters and have placed multiple calls time and again but even after a regular follow-up there's no satisfactory response received so far.

I am a retired service man and looking for the justice.

Here I send you all details that I have now.
case is that :-
1)we see a advertise about a resident plot scheme from Shalimar estate on news paper for plots allotment in nrayan ganj

2)My father decide to take it, so I purchase a application form no.10577with name my brother vikram from Allahabad bank gurgaon.
3)We deposit earnest money 13, 200/- with form at Allahabad bank, gurgaon. For that we got a slip


4)Shalimar estate send a agreement and a deed no 3580 to us and agree to allot a plot no 237 at estates, Naraingarh, Panjlasa, H.B NO. 96, tehsil Naraingarh, distt. Ambala state, Haryana.in this agreement they mention all rules, conditions and payment terms plan.i attach a copy of this agreement on (attach file no.4)

5)After that we pay all amount/installments at actual time and received receipt for that always for that i have all recipt

6)at the time of completation of all installments we received a letter(attach file no.6) from Shalimar estate, admn office:s.c.o 110-111, sector-8-c, Chandigarh for requesting payment 23, 600/- for stamp duty and registration charges etc so that they execute sale deed in favor o[censored]s.

After that We take some time around one month due to some busy and tied schedule. but when we contact to Shalimar for final procures and further deposit of payments for registration. they try to ignore and making excuses and this happen from that day to till time.

till date i visited many times and written many letters but of no use.I want to know under what circumstances/technical issues the registration is being delayed?? Were they not be avoidable or pre tackled ?? If so then who is responsible for so much harrasment to the Applicants ?? Hope court will look into the whole affair thouroughly.

i have also paid the full amount but they r not willing to give us plot.please help us getting the justice. my plot no is p 389 naggal alipur panchkula.

i am a poor lady i also paid the full amount towards my plot no p333 naggal alipur panchkula but despite several visits they r not registering the plot.each and every time when we approched them they send us back by saying matter is subjudice abhi time lagega. please help me i have three kids.

Shalimar Estates p. ltd is a litegated company, according to general analysis, it is an organisation with no ethics.,
i was allotted a plot in naraingarh, plot no 200, application no 5637, i paid 5 installment in time, but held up the last installment, for no development in the area as mentioned on their prospectus, . now when i contact the directors of this comapny, they all are not willing to listen, and mention that my plot hasbeen cancelled, how can you cancel the plot when the sot of plot was 1.08 lacs, and in 5 installments clients have paid you about 1.27, the balance been left was a mere 15000. After my arguments that ok if you have cancelled the allotment, why did you not inform me about it and refund me my depositted money. The directors of this company are having some criminal tendencies, and wish to eat money of all its clients,
IS THERE SOME LAW IN INDIA OR BUILDERS LIKE SHALIMAR ESTATES PVT LTD WILL KEEP ON MUNCHING MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE

i think there is no law in this country if our leaders are involved in ghotalas nothing a common man do about it? thats why these builders are fearless because they know nothing is going to happen eat the common mans money and enjoy !! that's what managing director of shalimar estates did.

I am deposit the total amount to Mr. R. K. Aggarwal Director of Shalimar Estate Pvt. Ltd. on April, 2002 with this assurance that of the Company start the allotments of the plots from Jan, 2007, But still I am suffering from same problem my Plot No P-300, I come to know from some plot holders that M/s Shalimar Estate Chandigarh have refund the amount with interest after Judicial process I have a proofed document with me, Email Id: [protected]@gmail.com . I am also allottee of 10 marla plot at Naggal/Alipur and paid full amount of plot from my hard earned money, bot still waiting for registration. Hon'ble State Consumer Redressal Commission Chandigarh has ordered (Case No FA/340/2010 ) Shalimar Estate Pvt Ltd for registration of plot to the applicant. I request all the allottee to be unite and file a combined case against the Shalimar Estate Pvt Ltd in the Consumer form for immediate registration and essential services.

I, Daljeet Guleria from Delhi am also the allotee of plot no 28 (8 marla ) from Shalimar Estate but the registration of plot not done till date. Visited his office a number of times but of no use. MD RK Aggarw al is not avail able in office, only one Mr Praveen is there who use to manipulate in one or the other reason. The only solution is that we all should gather and fight together.

1. I am Daljeet Guleria from Delhi. I am the allottee of Plot No 28 (8 Marla) from Defence Quota. I have paid all the dues of the company. The registration of the plot was to be done on 18 Jan 2008. Just before the date of registration, company issued a circular in newspaper stating that have some technical problem and they have challenged the same in Court. But they did never intimate the outcome/progress of the case.

2. Mr RK Aggarwal, the Managing Director of the company intentionally is avoiding the registration and eluring for geting the refund of the deposited money with 12% interest. It is not fair. I request the Redressal forum to look into this problem and get the justice to the public.

I am Surjit Singh from H.P. I am allottee of plot no.26 P (8 marla) at Naggal Alipur Panchkula. I have 5 paid instalment and did not pay the balance two instalment since there was no development . There is no response from shalimar Estates inspite of repeated reminders through Registered letters . I request the Redressal Forum to look into the case and resolve the problem.
