I had cancelled my ticket on 23rd May 2011. I've received my refund still. I've mailed them on their ecommerce site as asked by customer care to no avail. I have got no response to my multiple emails to [protected]@airindia.in . Then I had to call multiple times to the customer care (so many different numbers) to get the ticket cancelled, I have still not got the refund. Could you please respond ASAP?
I never expected such a pathetic customer service from Air India. Even after so many follow ups, there is no proper service. For simple cancellation, I have been chasing for 1 month!!!!
