Baggage Lost during Travel to Ahmedabad on 12th November 2011 I would to ask any lawyers/similar troubled customers for advice as to how to proceed, it has already been over three months, the contact number provided does not connect and neither are they replying to my recent mails. I am including the email conversation as proof of their communication. Any help would be useful. Thanks in advance. I did not get my baggage(Weighs 4 Kgs) due to your irresponsibility . I have been calling this number [protected], but the lady tells me that she would mail my the form that is required to be filled so that I get my cheque as a reimbursement , but never did so until this date. I don think you people do take of the customer feelings, it is for sure I will not travel with your service any longer due to this injustice that I have been put into. It is really sad. 23rd January I came back and contact personally to baggage services, there was no update with them. I called them several times every day; they suggest me to come on 26th January to collect my bag. At 26th January they told- my bag was sent to Singapore by mistake and Mr. A.K Singh promised me it will come back in two days. Today is 1st February still they have no update and giving me wrong status every time. I really very harassed about this
