dear sir i got a msg to my no. tat ur mobile has been awarded 250, 000 gbp in 2010 shell int'l mobile draw, plz tel me wats next step i hav to be taken

I have received a sms telling that I have won 250, 000.00GBP in GUINNESS international mobile draw 2010 and asked to contract NatWest bank, Liverpool, Great Britain where my money is being deposited in a temporary account and send me a form asking my personal details. I have send the filled up form through E mail mentioned there.
Finally outflow courier express is demanding Rs 13, 500
against the delivery of the parcel with demand draft.
Now sir, I want to know what should i do ? Whether it is true or fraud ?

Please let me know as soon as possible.

i too received the same sms that i won a prize of 250000.00 pounds in GUNEESS international mobile draw 2010 & they have deposited it in natwest bank G.B. After filling up the form they told me that they have submitted my D D to outflow express courier centre after paying delivery charges of Rs. 13500 i will get D.D. with 2 legal back up documents 1) GUNEES Mobile Approval Certificate 2)Payment Deposit Certificate these are the certificates to make award winning prize legal according to him
Now i want to know whether it is true or fraud?
please reply as soon as possible.& if it is true is that amount taxable?

The ones who pay 250, 000pounds(about 2crore rupees), is it difficult for them to pay Rs 13, 500 against the delivery of the parcel with demand draft.
