[THIS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM ANY OF THE REGIONAL NIGERIAN FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY (FSA) HERE IN NIGERIA]. He told me to write applicatoin to FSA(FINANCIAL SERVICE AUTHORITY)([protected]@yahoo.com Tell:+[protected].They have issued me with FRO(FUND RELEASE ORDER APPLICATOIN FORM ATTACHED BELOW).The FSA demanded the sum o[censored]S$750 as their charges for fund release certificate. How do these guys receive the mobile numbers? I use a Vodofone mobile and received the same message and after responding they sent me details to be filled up to which i responded asking them to come up with a much better or clever idea, is Vodafone or other cell phone companies in India passing the details everywhere for a charge or did their servers just get hacked?
