[Resolved]  Shipra Krishna Vista — Flat not ready for possession. Delayed by 18 months

I have booked a flat in Shipra's "Dream Project" - Shipra Krishna Vista, Indirapuram. It was due to be ready for possession to me in March 2008 as per the deadlines provided by their officials.

In the agreement, there is no penalty clause and the allottment is not transferable.

Since this is a one sided agreement, I require consumer forum help in how to take Shipra to task.

I have given several calls/visits. I have requested for compensation but they are not ready to hear me.

I am in financial trouble as i have to pay EMI for the loan, as well as pay for living in Delhi where rents are getting very expensive.

Please also let me know which newspapers/televisions will be interested to help me in my problem.
