pallav, if you are intending to take any steps, pl share them, . i am sure there must be quite number of dissatisifed customers who feel cheated. my flat was 10 floor sem 1001. my bank loan is still runnning and i ma paying installments unnessarily. rohit bhasin is not reponding to my calls for a refund

nayyar, i am fully agreed with pallav, i booked flat shrishti indirapuram ghaziabad my flat number is 311sem which they will give us early on jan 10. but construction not start still yet. if project was cancelled before that how they take installments from us. they cheated us. we have to take action aginst them

My sister and I have a flat in the same society and are yet to get possession as the flat is nowhere near completion.
I suggest there is strength in numbers. Can someone set up a facebook page or a something where we can collectively talk of our experiences and seek a way forward.

I have seen this site only now, unfortunately cant access facebook as of now so am pposting my experience [same as above] here.

Background:

1. I had booked a flat in Kadam some 5 years back. We get no information, no update from both the builder or Srishti

2. The completion of construction is a moving target and is conveniently postoponed by the builder every now and then

3. I have also taken a loan for this property and of course have paid huge interest on the same

4. As we do not have ppossession of the flat, there has been no tax benefit on the interest payment on the home loan

5. There is no penalty/ compensation been paid by the builder for the delay

6. Srishti [IAS wives association], that has collaborated with the builder for this project has also turned a deaf ear to our pleas

7. Both the builder and srishti are hand in glove and have pocketed money form some 680-730 odd people who have purchased flats in this project

8. Despite so much money being lost, srishthi has agreed on a 7% return only for those ppl who have paid 100% of the money... why????... everyone has paid money which has helped the builder buy the land and the project equipment.. so why shd the ones who have paid 100% benefit from this?

I will urge anyone who is reading this to NOR EVER BUY A FLAT FROM SHIPRA BUILDER OR SRISHTI.

Srishti welfare society lists itself as an NGO on its websit and wants funds to be donated to it. On the otherside this 'NGO' has taken money from genuine customers and is not responsive at all.
SRISHTI APPEARS TO BE AS CORRUPT AS THE HUSBANDS(IAS) OF THE WIVES WHO OWNS THIS NGO.

WHY DONT THE GOVT REVOKE ITS NGO STATUS????

I am also planning to buy a house in indirapuram, my broker has suggested shipra shirshti as one option as consturction work is in full swing. Can u pl. guide me that how this project is. looking to comment it looks that it has delayed a lot. pl. suggest me whether it is a right option or not.

Its not just about possession. It about overall quality.
There are many projects by Shipra in Indirapuram. Just go, have a look. You will not find a single project where Shipra have completed the project. They just complete the structure and basic fittings and give handover. They do not do any finishing at all. For example check out SUN TOWER, SHIPRA KRISHNA VISTA etc.
As if the builder is building a stable for horses.

I am planning to book an apartment in Shirshti, the builder has assured me to give the possession in Oct'12 however the comments on the built quality and delayed possession seems to be a worrying factor as i am planning to buy it for my own personal use and not for Investment.and after paying the installments i would not be able to afford the delayed possession.
therefore, i am seeking your advise on the same as most of you already owns a property there

If you are so worried (and you should be) about the builder and project why dont you go out and check diferent projects of same builder yourself. There are many projects done by same builder in same area in past. You just need a weekend for this.
Check out what was promised to buyers and what was delivered and with how much delay?
Check out their latest project delivered?

Hi Guys, this is Sachin, I have heard about Shirsti that they are gonna change the contractor, so was the reason work was not in full swing, can anyone of you please confirm the same. But as far as material quality/ finishing is concerned, when compared to other groups (amrapali, Jaipurai etc), I found Shipra better one, what do you say, agree?, so one point that we can bother about is delay in possession.

Currently if you see the track record of all the builders almost all of them has delayed the project.
Indirapuram is the only location which is very well devleoped and connected to Delhi
I am also searching the flat in indirapuram and unable to zero down on builder . I have enquired with Shipra Srishti about their project and they were very enthusasitic about the reponse and in fact they were telling that they have already sold out 1700 sq. ft in the new towers launched and very few inventories is lef. on the top of it they are telling that price is going to revise upwards as ATS indirapuram prices is rulling around Rs. 4500/- sq. ft compare to shipra shristi of Rs. 3500 sq. ft.

I am planning to buy a 3BHK flat in Indirapuram. These comments show the real face of the builders but even ATS charging such high rates has unsatisfied flat owners, is there a third got option in Indirapuram now.
