Developers still maintain the due date by end Dec 14.
hi, we have a booked flat in palash & just spoke to Ms. Shalini (CRM Dept.) & she repeated her earlier words that it is taking time due to delay in approvals from various government departments. We have been hearing this excuse since last 6-8 months & I don't think it takes such a long period to get the approvals. There're other builders (ATS etc.) whose projects started much after this one & the possession has been done. When we questioned her that if everything was legal why there is a delay in getting the approvals as it doesn't take more than 2-3 months to get the approvals if everything is fine. She has no answer for this & started requesting us to be patient etc etc. Finally when we pressurized her, she told that possession won't be possible prior September 2013!!! We feel so cheated by these giving as even after giving them the full amount of the flat & paying EMIs/interest on the loan, we're being mislead by the builder as I doubt that they'll be able to give possession even by September. It's high time that all the flat owners get together & have a discussion with the senior management & pressurize them to give the possession asap. Hi, I booked a flat in srishti ketaki in oct 2010 and waiting for that big miracle to happen when shipra group completes this project.lets join hands and make a forum so as to pressurise them to complete the much delayed project. Talking to shalini in crm is of no help as she is paid only to give false assurances with a smiling face so as to put off the complainant.it takes time to get approvals : is her usual answer and she is clueless regarding how long its going to take. how did projects like ATS which started later and completed earlier got their approvals?

This company has also cheated several landowners in Bangalore and after COD enquiry they had to give back the land to original land owners and before that they had pledged the same property with many nationalised banks and taken crores as OD. Now the banks are in soup.

I visited the site today and found no work being carried out in KD Towers. At this speed of work it will take 10 years to complete the project. GDA authority are requested to intervene, since they have sold the name of GDA as a patner in the project.

Did anyone or any group has planned to meet the builder together, if not we can do so on any weekend or any planned day. They wont meet individual but as a group it might put some pressure. If talks fail then as a group we can also look forward to file complaint against them. I've been promised the possession in Sept 2011 and it would take around 3-4 years or may be more than that with the pace they are going.
I know many o[censored]s bought the flat to live not for investment and paying EMIs, so lets not waste our money and making these builder richer, Lets do something

But this delay is never ending now and last updated to me from CRM deptt is that they will give possession of 2 towers by Dec14 and others will follow in 2015. We should unite and plan our action. I also heard that one group of owners met senior management of Shipra and they agreed to pay penalty @ Rs. 14 per sq ft, but I could not get this in writing from Shipra Office.
If any one of you knows about this and have any confirmation, please share. Also, please confirm the link of this group on yahoo or facebook where I can also join. Let's start putting pressure on builder.

Now they have offered 'Possessive Custody' even before completion of the project and without registration of the flat. The flat area is said to have been increased from 2450 sq ft to 2550 sq ft and they are demanding the difference before the said Possessive Custody. Can any body enlighten me how to verify the their claim of increase in flat area.
Registration of property is based on the declaration of the builder and property is registered on the basis of agreement between buyer and builder and the Govt. is not concerned with the area of the flat.
All the flat owners may be facing the same problem, so how to verify the increase in the area is a real concern before going ahead.
