Shipra group is now raising un-ethical demand on account of increase in super area, which is not genuine and can easily be challenged legally also they are not giving discount on account of penalty till date, which we deserve.
Now I am planning to take legal recourse otherwise have to loose at least 3-4 lacs . The project is considerably delayed and we deserve discount equal to rental value now. If anyone want to join or discuss mail me at [protected]@gmail.com

what has been the outcome of your efforts, have finally received confirmation that they have got completion certificate and want to start registration. surprised to see that Super Area suddenly jacked up and compensation amount only until May 2015 ( which is less than half of what it should be)

what is the course of action that we can take? any advice is welcome.
