My order number is 11205 dated 10/04/2013. I have the same complaint against Shopjii. Please help in this regard ASAP.

I have placed an order(#11073) for 16 GB Sandisk Pen drive on 10.04.2013. I had emailed the Customer Care on 17.04.2013 regarding the shipment status as I had not received the pendrive. I got a response within an hour that the order would be shipped within 24 hours and details will be updated.
I am yet to receive the pendrive and meanwhile I have sent 2 more emails to which I am yet to get a response. Also, tried calling their customer care helpline but it was automated and I couldn't get through to a customer care executive.
