ShoppersStop — They have cancelled my online order after a week, but the same product is available on their website still today. | |||
I have ordered Adidas show on shoppersstop official website with order number 438579 on july 26,2013. I have paid my amount through credit card on the same date. but after a week the cancelled my order informing stock is not available. but still this product available on the shopperstop website. I have taken this shoe on discount but now they removed discount on this item.I feel they just cheated me. Please look into this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Sir,This is to kindly inform you that on 1st Jan 2010 at 6.10 pm at City Center ,Kolkata,saltlake, i have purchased a Shart costing Rs 1599.00/- .i have used my ICICI Bank Debit Card for the same. Cashier Mis Sampha did a mistake & she punched two time my card & take Rs 1599.00 two time =Rs 3198.00 which is now shown in my account.My Cash memo no 9748 & Details: store ID 115,Cashier : Sampa, Code No:17219,Register 015,item code:[protected],ICICI Bank Card No: [protected] , Name Anamika Datta paul, date of purchase on 01.01.2010 ,venue: City Centre,Shopper Stop,Kolkata,Salt Lake.product cost Rs 1599.00/- only.
I have spoken to Finance Manager Mr Sunil Singh also , i have not received any feed back from them. This type of harassment we will not expect from a professional Organization. I will need your co-operation for the same.
