Hello, Today I received the product 'All in One Memory Card Reader USB 2.0' order no. 5446766 from rediff shopping. On opening the package and inspecting the device, I realised that this is not the same as what was expected as per the details mentioned in the website. At the time of ordering, it was mentioned that the card had following : Features: Compact Flash Type I/II IBM Micro drive Smart Media Multimedia Card Secure Digital Memory Stick Memory Stick Pro (1 bit) Specifications:Dimensions: 3.98" x 2.99" x .57" (10.1cm x 7.6cm x 1.45cm) Below is the link of the product on rediff website. http://shopping.rediff.com/product/electronics/all-in-one-memory-card-reader-usb-20/10362107 But what I have received is totally different. What I have received is some cheap device that can read just 4 memory cards. It does not even have a slot for reading Compact Flash Type I/II. It is not even matching with the dimensions mentioned in the website. Further, there is a 15 day warranty which is not present with in the package The whole package and device shows that it is some cheap product sent to me. Hope this forum will address my problem. Item has been delivered by Express It Gwalior to my address by paying cash Rs1499+115 =Rs1614/ on 07 Aug 2009. The item has been supplied by Jaspreet Sahani of Ojjjas Enterprizes, Address: Unit No 63, New Satgurunanak Industrial Estate, Western Express Highway, Opp Jai Coach, Guregaon(E), Mumbai – 400063, Maharashtra, India. Phone – 26854086, Mob – [protected], e-mail – [protected]@ojjasenterprizes. BUT THE ITEM IS ALREDY USED(2ND HAND), UNSERVICEABLE, AND DAMAGED. SO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO TO GET THE FRESH ITEM OR MONEY BACK. TO GET GOOD ITEM OR MONEY, I WILL GO TO EXTREAM. I HAVE ALREDY INFORMED TO AIRFORCE AUTHORITY AND SHOWN THE ITEM.
