Shopping. Rediff.com — non replacement of defective product

Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Blackberry Pearl Flip 8220 Mobile Phone from Rediffshopping on 30th May 2011 for Rs.8070. After 20 days we found that defective as the battery is drained out after 12Hrs and the mobile is getting heated after making short calls also. I had complained to rediff and they made arrangement to pickup the product from me on 4th of July by Aramex courier. I got a mail which I am attaching stating that it will be replaced in 7 working days. After that I had send atleast 10 mails and the reply is the same as given

dear amit sir its enough now and pls dont try to judge my patient and try to solve my problem of product id:6797074.as you told me that return the product i.e morning walker to the seller then with in 7 days i will get my money back but i have mailed you several times but there is no response to my mail so atleast care for the rediff reputation and try to refund my money back.as i m a student sir so i purchased it from my saving for my mother but the seller cheated my by giving the defective product and sir pls dont trouble me any more.my amount is 3599 which is to much for me so i can do any thing for getting my money back so sir kindly refund my money back
