I had ordered two items(Grado headphone and Digital clock) vide Shopyour World ref.order no.SYWORD 530 and 532 on 01st October,2012.The amount involved is Rs.14385.00. None of these items has been delivered as yet.When I call them up, they have excuses such as customs delay.They had promised delivery by first week of November,2012.They never respond to my emails. I have decided to approach my friends in CBI if I do not get the items or the refund within 30th November,2012.(CBI has its own Economic Offences Wing ).
