My order no. Was mn[protected]. I had ordered a product but due to change in product specifications i had to return the product and apply for the refund. I had given all the required details related to my bank account on the very first day of the reverse pickup. These guys received the product also. Its been 3 months, these guys aren't doing anything except ignoring me. These guys saying we have initiated the refund and ask me to check my bank account statement but i have sent my bank account statement also showing there is no transaction took place. I don't know what they are doing. The account's department is the lazy one here, they don't know about the utr (Unique transaction reference no.) which every bank provides you after each transaction. I heard about the consumer redressal forum and i am gonna put them in front of them. It does not matter whether the amount of transaction is a bigger one or not, these guys don't know how to respect a customer. The guys provide the worst services.
