Order details Order No. : SYWORD827 Reference No. : SYW775US Date Of Order : 10/19/2012 4:24:44 PM The "Track Your Order Status" on their website is never updated. When ever I call and request status on my ordered item I get false reasons either - held up in customs, in transit to India, at global hub which is the reverse order in which an item is shipped from US to India (it is like they are sending a product to US from India). Every time I contact them the delivery date is pushed forward by another week. It has been one month instead of 8-14 days as per their shipping policy and a very bad online shopping experience. There have been 100s like these complaints online about shopyourworld I am the 101 person to fall into the same trap. Is there a way to put an end to this by shutting down the website or legal action against the people behind this. Was this information helpful? | |||
