[Resolved]  Shree Om Sai Nath Car On Rent — Investor v/s Investor

Unconfirmed information says there was a hearing on 27 Jan and now there will be a further hearing on 30 Jan 2010 and all probability of Bail/release.

But what I am seeing now is it is becoming Investor v/s Investor fight; one files a case against company another files an affidavit of support; and it should also be not one files a complaint and gets money another wait for court verdict and gets nothing. Is there a nexus going on (Lawyers of complainants wants case file money and 10% of claim received). The court will give enough time to every investor to file claim through it after the verdict so need not panic.
Mr. Verma is himself looking forward to come out and have requested investors to support him so he can start paying the returns/money and he wants to run his company because all the assets mentioned by Police are in the name of SOSN which he will loose if he does not run the co. or pay the returns as per court directive.
Don't take decision in haste; chances of Mr. Verma running away after getting bail/release is remote if he runs the assets are still with court as sealed by EOW. Even extradition treaty will get him back where ever he goes. The Investor Forum can file FIR in the name of all pre/existing Directors, Chairman, Sr. Employees, All Branch & other Managers and also their family members for hatching the conspiracy and part of it and see all of them behind bars. So don't panic we all will unite and fight and get our hard earned money back.
