[Resolved]  Shriram General Insurance Company — Surveyor is not considering claim

Hello Sir,
I covered my Scooty pep+ with Shriram General Insurance company limited.
My Scooty got impaired in an accident. I went to Shri Ram TVS Agency, Ayodhya Ngar By Pass, to filed claim then a surveyor (Mr. Yogesh Bhagat Mob. [protected]) came for survey. I claimed for repairing and and change of a body part, but surveyor of company is not considering that part for change. Although the mechanic of same TVS company said that the part has to be changed it could not be repaired. Surveyor forced me to get it repaired at some small local garage that belongs to his known mechanic. But as my vehicle is new and I don't want it to be repaired else where.
Surveyor also said a small garage mechanic can repair in a better way then a mechanic at showroom/agency.

So, sir I request you to please help me in this regard, kindly get my claim to be considered as soon as possible as I have only scooty kept in showroom for repairing. These days I am suffering several hurdles without vehicle.
