[Resolved]  Shwas Homes Pvt Ltd — Money not refunded since 2008

I paid Rs 6 lakhs for booking a flat in their Aquacity Project in 2008 which they promised would be completed in 2009 December. However, in the beginning of 2009 I observed that they had not even done piling and therefore cancelled the booking and asked them to refund my money. Luckily I didn't sign any agreement or loan papers with them, else they would have took loans from bank also under my responsibility. Even now they have not refunded my money and I lost a lot in making regular calls to those cheaters. I also know that recently a group of 15 people submitted a complaint to Sri. Vayalar Ravi when he visited Muscat. Unfortunately I could not join them. How will I collect my money from them?
