[Resolved]  Siemens Washing M / C 2000e — Poor Servicing of Washing m/c

As a preventive mesure we wanted to service our 2000E Front loading washing m/c. Having failed to get Siemens authorised service centre, we called up "Just Dial" and got phone no. of one "National Services" who is supposed to be doing Siemens Washing m/c repairs ans services.

We called up National Services, Azad Nagar, LT Road, Mulund East, Mum.400081, ph. [protected]/ 65258464. One Mr. Sanjeev Singh([protected]) is the owner of the Co. Service Engineer came to our Home at Hiranandani Garden, Powai on May 16th. and after initial inspection, called back the m/c for full over hauling and Bearing change!!! M/C was to be return back on 18th. evening.

We started calling up National Service from 19th. afternoon and to our greatest surprise, reception(one Ms. Mamta) and the service engineers fumbling on the statee of the m/c and not giving proper reply on the delivery of the m/c. We then threaten the service centre saying that if they do not send back the m/c we will complain to local Police station. Eventually, on May 22nd. evening National got back the m/c. To our horrer, whan they switch on the power to trial run the serviced Washing m/c, our House circuit breaker tripped off. National Service Engineers tried to set right the m/c and every time they switch on the power, main Circuit breaker Trips off. I had to forcefully asked the service guys to go out of my house. AS on 24th. no one from Nationa service centre picking up our phone and the m/c is lying unattended. I do not know what to do with the defective and break down m/c????

With the above horrified experience, I have a legimated question to ask to SIEMENS higher ups that if the after sales service of their product are difficult to get why they sale the appliances?

Can any one from please help me as to how can I get my washing repaired and keep my m/c up and running.
