i do not receive the security deposit money,which was submitted at the time of installation of wireless device.i have done the complain to Sify care but no output.Sify has disconnected the connection by my request on 15 April 2011.now this is very very old case as i do not receive the money with in 13 months.My Sify user id is 'mohitkumar_gzb'.i am also attaching the receipt which i received after uninstall of wireless device.
