My name is Siddhesh Indre .I was working with sify internet for 1year. I had got placement from agency CP Carrers. Even after submitting my PF form last year till date i have not received my amount. My PF No:MH/93951/02519. Ad there was delay by placement agency .
i was informed to get PF on 12nov 2009 but i have not yet received the same kindlye look after it.

I got the sify wireless connection on 14-sep-2010 from that day itself i started getting issues of slow browsing and disconnection with the server.i made several request personally to their engineers but none responded. Finally I made a complaint on 20th sep to customer care after that their engineers visited my place but they couldnt rectify the problem.I contacted MR.Pachayappan(area head) but he too was irresponsible for his position.To this point I felt that it is enough and requested of disconnection. Sify people came here and gave it in written that money will be refunded by 20th october without informing a proper procedure.Since then number of time i have contacted their customer care and still now no one has paid a good response.Today is 11 feb 2011 and i am still waiting for my refund. I hope the concerned authority see to it my money is back and the company really gets a warning.
I have with me the receipt with payment of Rs 1653/- and disconnection form signed by their(sify) enggr.
I m frustrated after taking the SIFY VOIP COECTION I am very much disappointed with the service of SIFY LTD. no one is taking my problem seriously regularly I sent a lot of email ids of sernior officer & nodal officer of sify DEPARTMENT but I did not understand why they have not personally contact us.
If the Sify voip connectio is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, I will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed. I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully. I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem I have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs.
I have already using this service from the last so many years but due to the increase o[censored]r customers so ur network is not properly accessed and ur disturbing ur franchiesse to install isolate at a cost of Rs. 3000/- even u know that the business is no more profitable due to low isd rates from mobile so i could not afford it
I already sent my complaint to Mr. Ravi but he denied from the security amount but i know that i have paid for Rs. 40, 000/- at the time of installation of sify voip which is refundable
Sify ltd has just installed a small voip connection with modem i want to surrender it so kindly accept my request and return my balance.
