I don't receive security deposit

i do not receive the security deposit money,which was submitted at the time of installation of wireless device.i have done the complain to Sify care but no output.Sify has disconnected the connection by my request on 15 April 2011.now this is very very old case as i do not receive the money with in 13 months.My Sify user id is 'mohitkumar_gzb'.i am also attaching the receipt which i received after uninstall of wireless device....

Sir,
I m frustrated after taking the SIFY VOIP COECTION I am very much disappointed with the service of SIFY LTD. no one is taking my problem seriously regularly I sent a lot of email ids of sernior officer & nodal officer of sify DEPARTMENT but I did not understand why they have not personally contact us.

If the Sify voip connectio is not put into use...

Not received PF

Hi

My name is Siddhesh Indre .I was working with sify internet for 1year. I had got placement from agency CP Carrers. Even after submitting my PF form last year till date i have not received my amount. My PF No:MH/93951/02519. Ad there was delay by placement agency .
i was informed to get PF on 12nov 2009 but i have not yet received the same kindlye look after it.
