sify ltd — Connectivity issue

I m just sharing my experience with the SIFY broad band connection...

Since from the inception of the service, connectivity issues are
persisting.Many times in the beginning I was complaining directly to the local service provider for connectivity problems. He replied that he is keeping some device in a private house which was switched off frequently. Also they were reacting very slowly to rectify the problems and I was made wait for couple
of days or even more. Then we started to give complaints through the customer care. Invariably still it takes the same time. The problems starts on Friday evening and ends on
Monday/Tuesday morning. Normally every one would prefer to use mostly on weekends, but I was made to go to browsing centers even with a connection from SIFY. Its really a shame for SIFY and loss for me (Rs 20/day for your connection and Rs 20/hr for my utilisation in Netcafe).
Sify's local service service provider (Priyanka shree Network Solutions, KR Puram, Bangalore) was extraordinarily performing well at the time of taking connection and very promptly collected the first time installation charge of Rs 3000/-. After that he is reacting as if he doesn't have any role to play in fixing problems. I remember paying Rs 50/month as service charges in addition to renewal fee. Now I am paying only the renewal fee and no getting any useful service from them. Is your service provider's income comes only from the initial installation charge? This doubt arises to me because he doesn't bother about connection withdrawal. Today when I asked him to disconnect, he immediately agreed to do so. Very casually he said, you may even report this to customer care.

I am using the sify mail for the last 2 years, for the last 10 days your sify mail service not working properly, Whenever I login in the mail URl not activiated message is coming, please give the solution for that. pl send me the solution in the above mail id or

I m frustrated after taking the SIFY VOIP COECTION I am very much disappointed with the service of SIFY LTD. no one is taking my problem seriously regularly I sent a lot of email ids of sernior officer & nodal officer of sify DEPARTMENT but I did not understand why they have not personally contact us.

If the Sify voip connectio is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, I will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed. I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully. I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem I have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs.

I have already using this service from the last so many years but due to the increase o[censored]r customers so ur network is not properly accessed and ur disturbing ur franchiesse to install isolate at a cost of Rs. 3000/- even u know that the business is no more profitable due to low isd rates from mobile so i could not afford it

I already sent my complaint to Mr. Ravi but he denied from the security amount but i know that i have paid for Rs. 40, 000/- at the time of installation of sify voip which is refundable
Sify ltd has just installed a small voip connection with modem i want to surrender it so kindly accept my request and return my balance.
