[Resolved]  Sigma Courier — no delivery

For Sigma Pune office contact[protected]. At least the regional offices are taking care of phone calls.

PATHETIC SERVICE...Why ICICI Bank is using this service? I am a dissatisfied customer...Very Bad Service...Bad Customer Service...Bad Attitude

Why ICICI bank wants to such a poor courier, dont have an adddress... no delivery even after 4 - 5 days, we have suffered a massive business loss due to non-reciept of chq books of ICICI bank.

SOME ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN BY BANK, WHO EVEN FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMER NEEDS...EVEN THE BANK IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE, WHAT CANT ICICI BANK USE SOME REPUTED COURIERS WHO HAVE PROFER TRACKING SYSTEM.

I have received sms from ICICI Bank on 23rd March stating the consignment is handed over to Sigma courier on 23rd March and it would to be delivered to me with 7 business day, but I have not received it yet. I dont understand why is ICICI bank putting its reputation at stake by using the service of such a worst courier service. Its just pathetic.

The sigma courire service is very bad...and hopeless.
I am surprised how a bank like ICICI is relying on these kinda companies...

I completely agree with it, i also have a ICICI bank saving account and the bank dispatch a Cheque Book on April 27, 2010 through SIGMA COURIER and it was returned on May 03, 2010 due to the reason NO PROOF.

NOBODY came with the cheque book to deliver to me, so how could one say no proof???

I am a credit card holder of ICICI bank and ICICI bank sends me credit card statement by Sigma courier. But I don't get the deliveries at all. If I call to customer care of ICICI, they don't respond properly and don't tell the courier details.

Recently i have also faced the same problem. Icici prefers Sigma which is totally non reliable courrier. they should have contacted the customer instead when they have the no. with them. they always call for their promos but for such caes they do not call customer. strange.

One Of the Worst Courier Services I have seen Ever ...I am A ICICI bank account holder And i was suppose to get a Checque Book Delivery through Sigma Courier The Bank Says they had shipment the book On date 7 july 2010, Courier service says it hasn't been come yet . after inquiring on date 10 they said they the checque book has reached them but still after those it's 13 july today, I have not yet get the checque ..i do not know why the Bank is running With this Courier Service, apart from it The Courier service does not speaks to the costumers well .

I am facing the same problem with cheque book delivery through Sigma Couriers by ICICI. While the couriers are not bothered about the complaints, ICICI Bank also do not take any responsibility and continue to send important documents through the same couriers despite innumerable complaints by the customers against them.

Super lousy service. I can't understand what kind of kickbacks the ICICI chaps must be getting to engage one on these fly by night operators. I have repeatedly faced the problem with ICICI. I got an SMS confirming delivery of my statement (which hasn't been) 5 days ago! This month Blue Dart delivered my HDFC statement 15 days after the payment due date. Thank god for auto-debit. They are all useless. Speed post at least delivers. Contacted the company in Pune thanks to the contact no given here and found them responsive. They will send the chap to show me the delivery receipt tomorrow. Lets see what happens.

Hi i am deepesh from mumbai and i must agree with all the comments posted out here. Its been a terrible time dealing with Sigma couriers which I now think is a third grade agency which is saving a lot of moolah for ICICI. I have applied for a new ATM card but it still hasn't reached me even after following up with the courier guys. But what disappoints (pisses) me off is the way the lady at the tele-desk speaks with us. ICICI pls wake up n act or else the amount of money u are spendin on d TV ads illustrating customer orientation will all go in vain and also pls give us atleast one email id of your customer care guys. I believe that wont increase your overheads a lot.

I totally agree with the complaints. Sigma Courier is the worst, perthetic & cheat courier service. Since last 3 days I am following up with ICICI Bank for my cheque book & they are telling me that they have despatched it to Sigma Courier. But since last 10 days no one has came to my house and given me the cheque book & now i am getting the update like courier person came to my home & it was locked.
Courier comapny is completly lie & cheating now. I want my cheque books or else I need to do a police compliant for this issue.

ICICI HAVE SEND MY CARD BILL THROUGH WAY BILL NO-[protected]. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SAME. THEY INTIMTED BANK FALSE DATE THAT RECD ON[protected]. DON'T SEND ANY COURIER THROUGH SIGMA BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT RESPONSIBILITY IN ANY WAY.

I am Anilkumar Chellppan. My credit card statement sent by ICICI Bank had not been delivered to me. But when enqired with bank said their record shows this is delivered to door step. Infact nothing has been delivery to me

I agree to you all as I had exactly the same problems and ICICI doesnt even care about it. The number that they give you of Sigma couriers is not working and the other two are out of service. Even the Sigma branch in Andheri east does not exist. I've given request for a cheque book about a month ago and i havent received it yet. I am am done with this bank who gives a about its customers.
