[Resolved]  Sim Card/idea — LOST SIM CARD

Dear sir / madam,
I lost my sim card of prepaid mobile number [protected] on 19/07/2009 so please you are kindly requsted to block this sim card imidiatly to prevent its missuse, thanx.

I had submitted my application for a idea sim card through one of your agent at bangalore by name MR.NAVEEN whose mobile number is [protected]. Our office verification and resident verification was done by your representative, i have given a xerox copy of my june 09 payslip, telephone bill, PAN ID card and my department ID card to MR.NAVEEN, today through sms frm his mobile he informed me that the sim card is with him and he'll hand it over to me today, in spite of my several calls and sms to his mobile requesting him to hand over the sim card to me, he is not at al responding. By this act of his i feel that he may misuse my sim card, hence i request you to kindly withdraw my sim card immediately.I'll not be responsible for payment to my sim card or any untoward incidences..treat this as very urgent and act upon immediately.

with regard to my complaint i hope u'll take action immediately and block my sim card and avoid misuse of the same.
