Reliance Smart — Illegel Deduction of 90RS
Dear Sir,I would like to inform you that i have recharged my Mobile No:-[protected] with 150Rs ..But i Received a balance of Rs:-60RS.So please let me know about the deduction.As i have Forwaded the complain Earlier also but there was no any proper Response.i dialed the Customer care Also but they disconnected the call...So mo body is taking the Care of it..Do it as soon as possible.

my reliance smart gsm no.[protected] and my younger brothers no.[protected]
both have balance deduction offen manytimes we made complains
to customer care but we dont have any balance back my no. is using my father
bholaram chhapola on my no. [protected] had balance deduction was on
30.sep 2010 between 2-3 pm of 40rs and ,
my brother vishal chhapola have balance deduction on25-27 sep.2010 of 40rs

the call centre person not giving good response
I am AFFARIED and SURRPRISED that service which is provide by SMART G.S.M in M.P.
now i never suggest any person to take service from smart gsm
