My name is Swapnil Jain and i had recently purchased money saver prime discount card from the snapdeal and they mentioned "The card is valid for 1 year" but it isn't right, after the payment they shown the expiry date. i.e.1st march 2011 and i also visited the website regarding that but i can't find the expiry date.
Please help me

The modus operandi for snap deal is disappointingly bad. In my first dealing with the so called up and happening online portal, I had ordered for Lacoste Men Perfume and paid the amount upon receiving the product. However, when I opened the seal, it was a wrong product. I had chased the guys and was given the assurance that it will be rectified with the correct product in no more than 1 week. However, after 1 week customer care attendant said that first we will check the delivered product(to check if I have use it) and then after another week we will deliver you the product. To no surprise, it has been more than a week now and I am yet to receive a single call for wrong product back collection.

It has really been disappointing to see how these people dupe genuine online buyers and create a sour impression for further buying.
Snapdeal is the most laid-back in terms of customer service., They promise that they would give a special discount coupon on first purchase. Not only did they give an invalid coupon code, after I made the purchase of a Blackberry on Snapdeal, their customer care executives do not even have order status for 6 days post placing the order. All they have to say is that it will take 10 working days. A request to expedite the order is out of question. They are just clueless. Pathetic customer service!!! I just read about the watch example above . I am also quite sure, they would let me know on 11th working day that the product is not available. They are hiring from top Indian B schools. I wonder, how they can afford to be so lax in customer service. If I do not get a quality product within stipulated time, I will go to consumer court.

hi i am vishwas ayakar i purchased a saree vaishali black & white crepe saree (752) and delivered to me on 3rd Feb 2012 which is defected and unable to wear, tell me what to do as early as possible . if u cheat me it is wrong or if u can exchane it i can tell to my other friend that snapdeal can do better for customer.

hi i am aruna i have made an order for women apparels which was not been delivered yet to my address when i contacted snapdeal customers care they said my order in process ...for that delay i raised a complaint number later got call from snap deal saying order as been cancel due to no stock this was said after 12 days of order that too after i called and asked ...this is really cruel... i ever expected this kind of an activity by snap deal...my Order ID:[protected]

On 9th march 2012, I purchased a snap deal voucher of jalaram library, pimple saudagar, Pune.
My order id is[protected] and i paid Rs50 to snap deal.
as per your site its library & i also confirmed through phone.
But when i reached to JALARAM i found they have only book hiring, no library (Library means a place to study, & i also confirmed thru phone)

Both snap deal and JALARAM are misguiding.

I took a combo offer of beauty salon services at Ilakriti Beauty Concepts through snapdeal. For this i paid some amount online and the rest i had to pay after the services. I took this offer on 15th March 2012, then i called Ilakriti beauty to have an appointment. The Manager there told me that they have no connection with snapdeal and they dont provide such offers. I lodged a complaint against this on that very day. Today is 20th March 2012, I received one call from snapdeal but no action has been taken till date. Snapdeal is totally a and making fool of customers. I will not recommend anybody to purchase deals from it.

Please suggest how can i get my money back...

My order ID is[protected]. I bought an collection of amar chitra katha books on 11th of March, today is 29th of March and still haven't received my order. Worst of all, the estimated shipping date as 24th of March. I have complained to Snapdeal several times and get the same bureocratic answers "we don't have stock", "i've escalated this to concerned department", "we will ship it soonest". I don't want my order to be refunded and just need the item as soon as possible. Even they gave me an escalation request # 348080 few days back, but haven't heard from them yet.

Overall Very Frustrating experience !! It's best to stick with Flipkart who have much better logistics and customer support.

The Problem with Ebay is that they a limited inventory from which Customers have to search whatever they want and then order it. But this process has a lot of limitations like it doesn't allow Customers to get whatever they want because the inventory is limited and can't fulfill everybody's needs. Also the Customer also doesn't get the Best price as it is fixed and based on the availability of the product.

I found is quite interesting website Mydeals247.com which has No inventory on the Website, and everything is based on the interests of the Consumer. System Notifies the Consumer requests to all the Sellers Whoever is selling that particular Product or service along with the Consumer Budget. Sellers make offers and the Consumer get everything real time and that to at cheapest price.

I had a great experience with Mydeals247 I bought a Cell phone which I got a quite cheap price.
I would recommend you to try it once.
I will buy the Airtyme hand set last 4 days back. after open the instrument i will see that the instrument will not charge properly after4-5 Hr regular charging and camera is not work properly.so my review is the set is faulty and I will advice to buy pls. change the urgently and give the procedure for retun back the set to the seller.

so from snapdeal i ordered vouchers from cleopatra services... and calling those people to get things done.. they don't have any right kind of attitude towards their customers. calling them again n again and getting appointments.. a the day of appointment they say sorry .not possible.. and then!! as there were two vouchers ..they say we can go for only one person at a time!! yes this happened. and FINALLY I DECIDED NOT TO GO and let it be whatsoever amount paid for those vouchers.. You are gonna get a bad response from me Snapdeal. try no to give contracts to those salons or services who ain't good enough.. bad repo.

I have been reading the complaints posted by you people here and I thought of sharing mine too. My problem is totally different from any of yours. I order favola bangles set on May 15th, 2012 for Rs. 645. It was delivered to me on 20th May, 2012. They had delivered a different product than what I has ordered. So I put in a complaint and they asked me to send them a picture of what had been delivered. I sent them a mail with the piture on 21st and they asked for the wrong product to be sent back. They product received the destination on 25th May, 2012. Today is 8th June and I still havnt got the refund back nor do I have the product that I ordered. I had no idea they had such a bad after service. Its disgusting to deal with such frauds and losers. Everytime I ask them about the status of my refund all they reply is

I ordered a blackberry fonokase on web it shows a body front and back and same mentioned i ordered for 450 Rs. When it was delivered at my place what they send was a rubber cover which we get in market for Rs. 50-100. When i complaint they said I ordered SCREEN PROTECTOR (hahahahah)

I returned the shipment on saying of Mr. Gaurav from Product department and the deal was they will refund the money.

SNAPDEAL SUCKS !!! They only know how to their brand marketing and make people fall for it. KHOJGURU is better, they don't take anything from us. Vouchers are totally FREE of cost. 10/10 for their customer care!!! :)
