[Resolved] Snapdeal — wrong product delivered | |||
I ordered a watch from snapdeal and they delivered me a wrong watch. whenever i called up to follow my order status they said different different things. Today again when i called them they said that the watch is out of stock so they have initiated refuns procedure and this will take another 10 days to process. Feb 24, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Snapdeal resolved the issue after giving complaint here. They contacted me and refunded my money. After this incident i never tried snapdeal. But its a good company though. | |||

she is a cheat beware of this buyer she cheats everywhere we wish that god curse her she has kept the other model watch and didnt return it back and in return she processed refund also its strange we wish curse on her may durgamaa makes her suffer these are our internal feelings and this will come true cuase if you pain and give sufferings to other god will never spare you are the worse and cheater keeping the watch and keeping the money also

I had placed order for 2 tennis racquets from snapdeal.com on 7/7/2012, amounting to INR 20,160/- . Hoping that the order will go fine, I paid using EMI option. The 2 racquets are different in specifications. I even called on Monday(9/7/2012) to confirm, that the order should be for same racquets. But their executive was not ready to listen anything. Constantly, speaking you will get what you see on website and what you ordered. And now this blunder.Both racquets have different specfications. One has 4.3/8 and other has 4.1/4. One has GT technology and other is older model. Weight of both is different. One is 2009 model and ther 2011. I am fine keeping any of the 2, but the racquets should be same.
Request you to check/investigate this blunder and let me know which one is available in your stock, so that I can send the other back. Kindly do this asap and arrange a pickup.

Checking the reviews here and my experience with this organization so far, it seems even if I ship the product back, they are not going to re despatch. Can snapdeal check this complaint and remedy???
