[Resolved] Snapdeal — Non delivery of TV | |||
Dear Sir, I am writing to you as I have tried all possible options and have no information about when the products ordered by me would be delivered under; order no.[protected] where 3 Toshiba 40' LCD TV are undelivered at Snapdeal order no.[protected] where 1 Toshiba 40' LCD TV is not undelivered at Snapdeal TV where to be delivered by 16th March and 11th March however the TVs are lying in the warehouse of Bluedart as Snapdeal has not provided them form 403. I have spoken to the helpline a dozen times since Saturday 16th March and they have no clear answer on the reasons for not giving the document or when the document would be given and when the deliveries would be made only thing they are able to tell is that they are trying to resolve it.
