[Resolved]  Sofa set — Defective Sofa Set material/rexine

I purchased a Royal Sofa Set from More Megastore, Manjalpur, Vadodara costing about 22k in October 2008. Soon, we realized that the rexine of the sofa set started coming off in patches and today the sofa set is completely defaced. Complaint was filed with the store and the representative took the snaps of the product about a month back. Since then, we have never heard from them. This needs to be looked into.
