software — Not getting information

For Airtel Delhi SMS gateway, I have got information from different internet pages that, it is [protected]@airtelmail.com. But I am trying and it is not sending, whereas one of colleague using idea cellular used [protected]@ideacellular.net.

I just want to know, what is correct Email to SMS gateway for airtel. If I am using correct, why it is not working.
