[Resolved]  Software Engineer — Poor service for APSRTC online reservation facility

Hello Sir,

I Pramod Kumar working as Software Engineer in an MNC in Hyderabad. I am an registered user for online reservation in APSRTC website. When ever I tried to login into www.apsrtc.in website the
website gives the response that the server is busy...

I tried for a week to book the tickets online.. but the same error message is populating.

Kindly requesting you to arrange more servers so that we/customers can book tickets online.

Hopeless website
i dont know waz d use of this site ...its Blameworthy !!

Govt should take some necessary measures to make it bettr...like irctc website
Yes, my self I tried for more than a week, but the same response "Server is busy"...

Timewaste...instead we can go to station and book the tickets..
I also agree totally with Mr. Pramod Kumar...
I Chirag Jain working in a consultant company also feeling the same problem with apsrtc website. Kindle arrange more servers for the website.

dear sir iam suresh kumar now iam in manvi(karnataka) sir iam old user of the site i want to etickes from raichur to vijayawada iam trying to 7days but not login that message come server busy.

I felt happy when APSRTC announced online reservation service through its website www.apsrtc.in.As a Trail run they are allowing Normal users to book e-tickets from 6:00AM to 6:00PM.

But unfortunatley the site is with full of buggs and the most worst site ever seen.Dont know why they are maintaining such slow servers.Cant they excpect the Hit Load.Thousands of Ticket Booking agents hit the site generally on day time.And they are allowing Normal Users to access on the same timmings which causes More Traffic, and performance Issues.

The Movmenmt U login, U will find a screen with the Error ’’Server is busy. Please try after sometime...sorry for the inconvenience ( code: MxUXCD ).’’.
If you are able to really login I bet U R the most Luckiest person in the world.

If I start to list out the Bugs in the Website this review form may not be sufficient. I will give big list of bugs if ’’Radiant Info company’’ (who claims that they Developed and Maintains the site) asks me to give.

Me too face the same kind of issue. I had sent a couple of mails to '[protected]@apsrtc.gov.in' regarding this. But unfortunately as exected there is no response from them. Atleast they should send the response like it will be resolved ASAP. But, it had been proved Govt. always be dlayed this kind of matters.
I really suffered a lot with this kind of sites. Two weeks before the site opens atleast 1 in 20 hits, but now the performance gone down drastically, whenever I try it's showing server busy. I am afraid that, it may be hacked by some big people in the transport industry. Govt. should take ceviour action on this.

There is no use of commenting Chandrababu Naidu, our CM should prove himself by avoiding this kind of issues. He might be not aware of travelling in a RTC bus, how much difficult it is?

And also I am doubtful whether my message will be seen any of the related official

I am sambasivarao. I am also trying from so many days. I am not able to login. Evert time same message, "server is busy".

No use of this service.
I have never seen such a worst server. u have to try 100 times then i[censored] have luck u will be logged in. we cant book from JBS, we cant change boarding point, getting refund is a another big task, for me it took 2 week to get refund for a failed transaction that too after exchanging lot of mails with my bank. APSRTC doesnt respond to u r mails. "Request APSRTC to shutdown this service u cant maintain"
I really appreciate that they started an effort make online reservation. But they should thoroughly check the capability of the website maintenance company. Else it is a burden to the goverment and missuse of public money. I request APSRTC atleast make an effort now and gift everyone an INDEPENDENCE DAY GIFT...

Its a very good move from APSRTC to launch e-tickets, but the capacity of the server is too worst. Think they would have got some second hand server.
Luckily i have booked tickets after a long battle. But now i am unable to open it to print tickets..

Yes, the online reservation is very poor by the Govt,

Govt sites need to be more efficient than the Private Travel sites. Hence i request Govt. to pleas look after this site and make the users happy.
i booked tickets using apsrtc.in but now its not working

I totally agree wid pramod kumar, even i tried so many times, but its waste of time.
Service is really bad.
I booked the ticket through online and canceled it for some reason.
I didn't get refund even after one month.
I suggest don't go for online booking unless it is really urgent.
I don't agree with Pramod Kumar because that is not only the error that is showing there are many more hopeless site.
APSRTC online reservation site is waste. Allways I get the message Server Busy. It's LIke APSRTC making us fools.
If you are unable to manage the site it's better to close it rathen than making us fools.
