I had started receiving SMS from this website called soldinsixty.com on my mobile (although I have registered for Non Promotional SMS services from vodafone). However i ended up buying on their website. I did not recieve any shipment confirmation from the website on asking they provided me with a tracking no. but not the courier service, they did not provide me the name of the courier service so I could not track for several days. Later they finally provided me with a courier service name and tracking no. which was invalid. Finally I received a call from the website that the supplier is not delievering to them (supplier in my case was Samsonite, which is a reputed brand), website representative told me that they will refund my money within 3 days, however it has not happened for last 5 working days already. On asking several times their response is same saying that they will refund the money within 3 working days.
I believe that they are cheating customer and in the process they are accumulating interest free money from the shoppers.

I've also been receiving SMS everyday from Airtel though I've don't disturb active. I've made complaint to Airtel but they disconnect whenver I start saying about this web site. It seems Airtel got huge money from soldinsixty to disturb their subscribers. Someone has to take legal action.

SoldInSixty.com — Orders never ship from this site

I have placed a couple of orders with soldinsixty.com website. Even after waiting for two weeks, I have not received any communication from this site regarding the orders or if and when they would be shipped. Upon writing to the site on the helpdesk email mentioned there, all I received was a copy-paste standard reply. I have written to them to cancel the orders and that as well went unresponded from their side. Should've known better than to deal with a fraud site.
I totally agree with you, this is the most pathetic website I have ever came accross.

I ordered 2 things :-

Hugo Boss Perfume and Philips Ear-In Headsets on 25th Aug 2011 and out of which Philips headsets have been cancelled by them after calling me after 20 days when there commitment is about sending the shipment in 4-8 days and for perfume it has still not been dispatched from their end and they are giving me all excuses that it will take 1 more month to reach at my place.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SOLDINSIXTY, it is a fake website and never give responses on mail as well,

If you do not believe me then I can give you names of Customer Care Agents who are there and give fake information and give fake commitments. They are Sheetal, Smita, Poonam and Sachin(Please do verify this if you want to by calling on[protected][Sold in Sixty Customer Care] )

Thanks SoldinSixty...I have got my money refunded for the orders placed on 25th Aug'11 which got cancelled due to the unavailability in stock...Thanks for returning my money
I have placed atleast 7 - 8 orders in last 2 months i got the delivery of most of them but last order done on 3rd Nov online payment of Rs 999 paid thry Ccard, pay, ment debited but due to problem in thier server order not confirmed but my submission is if they got Rs 999 they must chech & revert to the client.
no customer care no.s given where to contact only we can sent mails. IF THEY GOT THE PAYMENT ON PARTICULAR DAY AND NO ORDER FOUND THEY MUD+ST CONTACT THE REGISTERED CLIENT.
IF CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT THERE MUST BE SOME RETURN GOODS POLICY.

I ordered online seegate hard disk on 26/11/2011. My order no is 29319 and complaint no is soldinsixty.com #1912. but till now i have not received,thy are telling every time you will receive within couple of days or by Saturday

SoldInSixty.com — RECEIVED DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

I have placed an order (order no.:35022), I have received it in 4-5 days itself, but the product was defective. Call center is not working to inform the site related folks. Even I have sent an email, but no response. I have ordered for a Philips tea light, which I received was a defective product, only received outer frame and no light inside. I have been cheated with a defective product.
I had placed a order for perfure for 1799. Order Id : 34421. The perfume is out of stock, the company said they would send the amount in 3 to 4 working days, but there is not amount no mail. Help line is fake. 30th DEC i ordered.
