Sony / Vaio — Poor Service

I have a under warranty sony vaio laptop vpcea23en model. I have a problem in sound card which has benn already replaced by sony. I had two more problems with my laptops of LCD which they told me out of warranty and charged me 13000 rupees to replace. I can not go again and again to service center 40 KM far and it cost me 200-400 bucks for a single trip.

Why not they replace my model instead of repairing it again and again?
