[Resolved]  Sony / Vaio — Brand new laptop not working properly

Dear Sir,
I purchased a VAIO on the 5th of Sep 2010 from Nancy Electronics thane west,I did not use it till 1 month back since i have 2 more laptop i.e HP and Compac,after I started using VAIO which i spent about 46,790.00 it started giving me a lot of problems.Last forthnight the hard disk blew I got it replaced from the Sony Service Centre but lost all all projects which I worked for about a month,after that again it was not coming up It was giving me a start up problem I called your Customer Care centre Toll free and they guiding me with the assist key but it still did not start up then they advised to try the recovery disc which did not work too,after which they advised me to take the laptop to the service centre and get it fixed one more time,after asking them what could be the problem they said it may be a hard disk problem or RAM problem.(Thank God all this happened within the Guarantee period)
I can't understand i have spent so much money on a SONY VAIO model No.VPCEA25FN/L 7000538, not to experience such failures i understand if it was not a branded name like SONY. Apart from that I have to take time out from my busy schedule and go and sort this problem at the nearest service centre and also keeping in mind that all my data is lost once again.I am really disappointed and stressed out regarding the above situation and i hope you'll rectify the problem ASAP with precision so i don't have to face the similar problems over and over again.

SONY should not become a morny for me.You will have to compensate for the time spent in front of the laptop which ultimately did not work.
