Brand new laptop not working properly

Dear Sir,
I purchased a VAIO on the 5th of Sep 2010 from Nancy Electronics thane west,I did not use it till 1 month back since i have 2 more laptop i.e HP and Compac,after I started using VAIO which i spent about 46,790.00 it started giving me a lot of problems.Last forthnight the hard disk blew I got it replaced from the Sony Service Centre but lost all all projects which I worked for about a month,after that again it was not coming...

Extended Warranty

I own a Sony Vaio laptop model VPCEB14EN (white color) bearing serial no: 7001512. This was purchased on 12th April 2010 from Kochi, Kerala. On the 5th of March, 2011, I paid Rs.5000/- with my nearest Sony World for purchasing extended warranty for 2 years. At the time of payment I was told by the dealer that warranty documents will be available to me within 2 weeks. But now it is more than a month and I have no update on the warranty extension....

I have a under warranty sony vaio laptop vpcea23en model. I have a problem in sound card which has benn already replaced by sony. I had two more problems with my laptops of LCD which they told me out of warranty and charged me 13000 rupees to replace. I can not go again and again to service center 40 KM far and it cost me 200-400 bucks for a single trip.
Why not they replace my model instead of repairing it again and again?...
