[Resolved]  South Eastern Railway — Seat Reservation in bagnan local

I have two complains

1. The Bagnan Local which starts from Bagnan at 8.15 AM, has almost become a personal property of daily passengers. If you are not daily passenger then you will never get a seat in this local even if you reach the platform much before the train arrives and even if there are less people in the train than the seats available. How? Let me explain..one person gets in the train and reserves almost 10 seats with (bags, water bottles, combs, hankies and even pens) like these 5 to 6 people reserves the whole compartment likewise the whole train and even if you are an old man and left two to three other locals so that you can get a seat then also you will be denied coz you are not known to them who actually does the social (?) work for only daily passengers. Then people will come at their leisure and will occupy the reserved seat for them and will almost immediately start playing cards (most of the time they play against money secretly).
Now my question is what is the fault of that old man who was waiting for more than an hour to get a seat? Just because he does not travel daily is it enough reason to deny him a seat? If so then please declare this train totally reserved for them so that we don’t get disheartened every now and then.


2. At platform no 1 there is no toilet thats why people openly pass urin on the side of platform. Bagnan being called as model station this is not expected.
