No coach display board

Address:Bankura

There is no coach display board in the platforms of Bankura railway station, so the passengers are facing tremendous problem to find their coach, please take it seriously and do the needful. Thank you....

signaling system in ramrajatala station

Railway service meant to dedicated to the service of nation. Unfortunately there is no reflection of that in ramrajatala (Rmj). The highly educated and so called "pandits"of railway made a signal in such a place that we have to experience delay (Standing behind the train and not able to cross through the gate). As if we have no unlimited time. Hats off (Felt pity for local people). Finally 🖕....

late running

I am a daily passenger of south eastern railway. From bagnan to howrah. I am doing this from last 15 years.in those 15 years lots of changes made by railway authorities except punctuality. Every day, every train runs late.. Sometime delayed start, sometimes correct time starts but delayed at outer... And so on.

Rpf does not know anything, grp does not know anything even station master also does not knows anything. Then who...

Sampark kranti train from shahdol to bilaspur and my father with us who is bp patients our reservation from annuppur to bilaspur then ticket checker unligely took money from local without ticket passengers and allowed him to reserve seats so i kindly want to action immediately in running train... This is for your kind information that i filed tdr for e-ticket refund of travelling on train (22406) garib rath (From anand vihar to allahabad).

In fact, i couldn’t travel on this train as train was running more than 14hrs late on that day.

Even after lapse of more that four months, i do not know the fate of my claim towards refund of fare.br...

It is very pathetic & a very bad experience with Howrah mail.We are travelling from chennai with a brain tumer patient on 17th of March. Excessive time to cross Tikiapara to Howrah

Our amazing South Eastern EMU local trains take near about 25min or more in average to cover a distance hardly 2 kilometres from Tikiyapara Station to Howrah in both ways. Sometimes it could take more than 45 min to cross the distance. Every day thousands of daily passengers travel in this route with miserable experience. Due to this, actual arrival and departure times do not match anyway with the published railway time table and causes purchasing...

mistreatment by TTE

I am travelling by HOW -ADI 2834 BY 2ND AC DATED[protected] PNR[protected] which was wait listed when made on[protected]. Before boarding the train I wanted to confirm from the TTE Mr.Sukla to confirm whether my ticket is confirmed and if so what the birth no, inspite of my best pursuation he did not confirm the ticket status, this was his gesture towards all passengers and for that he had hot exchanges with many wait listed passengers....

Deficiency of service of suburban trains

Sub-urban trains are the lifeline as the mass depends on it for transportation. The railway must understand the importance and value of time. The normal office hours end at 7.30 PM to 9.00 PM. To my surprise the railway authorities may have failed to understand it and thus do not provide adequate train service and as a result the sub-urban trains are extremely over crowded .
