[Resolved]  South Eastern Railway — Irregularity in reservation system

Sir,
I had booked an internet ticket in the name of the following passengers by 12703 faluknama express from howrah to secunderabad in AC first class for 20 may 14 and was allotted confirmed reservation vide PNR [protected].

MAHUA BEELA 42 YEARS FEMALE
SOHAN 12 YEARS MALE
Subsequently, I had booked a concession ticket for the same passengers by the same train and class for the same date and were waitlisted as WL 1 and WL 2. PNR[protected]. Thereafter, I cancelled the internet ticket with confirmed reservation vide PNR no [protected] on 28 Apr 14.

On account of cancellation, the WL 1 & WL 2 tickets should have been upgraded and confirmed in running status.
However, the status is not upgraded pointing to some internal system interlocks denying the genuine passengers reservation from the passengers quota. Matter may be taken up with CCM, SE Railway for confirmation of the said tickets.
