[Resolved]  SPEED CAR HELPLINE — WRONG ALLEGATIONS

IN ONE O[censored]R BLOGS REGARDING FASTRACK CAR HELPLINE ONE DR ALOK HAVE WRONGLY ASSOCIATED SPEED CAR HELPLINE WITH FASTRACK AND ACCUSED US OF DUPING PEOPLE.
I STRONGLY OBJECT TO THIS REMARK AND REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE OF THIS BLOG AS IT SEEMS THAT HE IS SOMEONE ASSOCIATED WITH OUR COMPETITIVE COMPANIES. I AM MANAGING DIRECTOR OF SPEED CAR HELPLINE AND I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY GIVE ME THE DETAILS OF THIS " DR AMIT" SO THAT I CAN FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM IN DELHI POLICE'S NEWLY FORMED CYBER CRIME CELL.

I had lost my Membership Card and after repeated folloup with Speed customer care and the agent i have not received any response. I am not thinking to put this case with consumer court.

Please advise as My Name & Vechiel No. which should be Present in Speed Helpline database is not enough to help me at time i require the help.

If this kind of support is provided by SPEED then i would advice everyone not to opt. for this service.

Speed Carcare c/o Waris auto Services Pvt Ltd, Address: - D-20, 1st Floor, Ranjeet nagar commercial complex, Patel Nagar(behind Satyam Ciniplex).People involved Ms Gitika, Mr Gaurav, Mr Ranjeet(the whole staff).I have taken the membership of speed (membership no. - NS25046), on 2/09/09 my car broke down(there was sparking in the engine therefore the wires burnt down) at Vishwas Nagar, Delhi-91, so I phoned the Speed people([protected]/72/73) lodging a complaint at 4:15pm. I was told the complaint would be attended to in half hour.But till 5:30pm there was no help inspite of repeated calls & request I was mislead by the staff at the centre, that help was on way & would reach anytime.Till 9:00 pm no one attended to my complain (no. 11129), so much so they even stopped taking my calls, being at unknown place I could not leave my car, eventualy with a help of a kind soul who arranged for a mechanic at that unseemingly hour I managed to get my car repaired thereby paying Rs 500/- & reached home by 11pm.Due to their negligence & carless attitude I had to cancel my important appointments, wasting 6 hrs for nothing.It was the speed people who approached me numerous time & requested repeatedly to take their membership.On 03/09/09, we called Speed c/o Waris auto Services Pvt Ltd asking for an explanation which was due towards us in any case.But one Mr Ranjeet was very rude & unappologetic.I have got the phone records too.I would like them to refund my membership money back.They are most untrustworthy, rude & unhelpfull people.It would be better if people do not waste their money taking their services, thereby saving themselves from a horrowing experience & fraud.
I can;t say they are poor. Rather I would say that they don;t serve. They just collect money to listen your complaint and do nothing. What a great customer care they have, they don;t keep information that which compailnt has been served and which is not. If you file a complaint with them first time and then don;t call them through out the day, they will not even reply you. Its only you who will call them again and again and then decide to help yourself (that's a wise decision)...THESE GUYS WILL NOT COME. Next time when i will face any issue with my car, I will through some good words to them in air and then get my car fixed by some local mechanic.
I also had very bad experience with "Speed Helpline" Few month back, i had taken membership for my car no HR-26 AM 3329, Maruti Zen stilio (Golden Color) from the "SPEED HELPLINE". On 5th Sept 09, somehow bettery of the car got discharge and i called the helpline to get the urjent help. Initially they said that help will be available in half an hour. but no one came from their side till the end of the day. I gave atleast 10 call in the same day, every time they said their mechanic has left to help me. Even if these guys could have told me that help will not be available, i cud have called the local mechanic, but nither they refused to help nor any one came from their side. i waste my whole day in waiting for these froud guys. not even a single applogize call came from their side.

i would request the reader not to get trap with "Speed Helpline".
Very Poor Services. Three times it happens with me that SPEED has not provide me the help. I request people not to go with the services of speed.
This company is really fraud, I warn anyone who is planning to take speed's services.They are fraud.They do not provide any service.Just take money.They have made this a business to take money from customers and than do not provide nay service.
They are cheates...

I looked at all the complaints here and have decided to not go with this service. A lady had called me to give this service but now I am deciding against it.
They lost a customer today for not servicing your cars on time.
Hey today I got call from speed car for membership... But today is holiday and free for review about speed car... and now I have decided that I will not go for speed car... Thanks a lot all of you and you saved my money and time...
Dear Sir i called your helpline on 1/10/2009 at 9.12am and your person called me back at10.32am mobile no [protected] i.e. after 1.20 hrs do you think any person will wait by that time and the most funny thing that time also your mechanic not reached it was a call from your office and your mechanic never reach me so i have decided not to take any membership from SPEED will suggest all my office friend not to go with SPEED becouse of your poor service in the last one year it was my first call and on very first call you have proved that your service is wrost.
A lady also called me to sell this service, told her to call back in 10 minutes, checked here- Will tell her about this blog.

I too looked at all the complaints here and have decided to not go with this service.

They just lost another customer today for not attending your cars on time.

I am thinking that why I have not read all these complaints before getting speed services, and now I am also one of the "Shikar" of Speed Helpline and faced similar kind of problem of not servicing even after 5 hours and 8-10 reminder calls.

I agree with most of the person as the response is very pathetic from the helpline representative. It seems to me that they simply believe in collecting money instead of providing any service thereafter to the customer. It may be possible that out of 10 they may be attending 2 person but as per my experience they donot attend as I tried to avail there service once but the response was 100% negative.

Would like to bring to your kind attention the kind of services which are being Offered by one of the Car Helpline named as SPEED. Today, it was the 3rd time when i called SPEED helpline as my Vehicle tyre got flat, as usuall no one turned up till 2 hours. I was totally frustrated and hyper, called SPEED helpline had a word with JITENDER one of the Executive over there and just at the Top of my Voice i asked where the hell is your Helpline Speed - i did not even completed wherein i got a reply from there - oye jubaan sambhaal kar baat kar, aur abhee sirf 1.5 hours hoyein hai 2 hours nahee aur waisein bhee gaadee ghar par hee toh khadee hai - and thereafter JITENDER started using abusive language - i will not put that language here - i was astonished and shocked to listen that a Customer Service Executive of SPEED could go to this extent, that SPEED Executive would start abusing the Customer over the phone and told me to come over at his office and do whatever u wanna do. I paid 500 Each for my 2 Vehicle however if i would have been aware of this kind of Service i would have never gone for SPEED. If at all anyone is planning to go for SPEED Helpline, my humble request not to go for SPEED services ever. Customers - Please dont even think of going with SPEED car helpline please. What I can call the SPEED service is simply cheating. I am a recent sufferrer or their lie and harassment on road. I have complete records in my mobile about the calls i made. I was cheated and lied again and again. They have pathetic service in the world. They made me stand on the road for 2 hours and then they stopped picking up my calls. I am planning to go to consumer court to take some legal actions as i have written proofs of my calls made to them. I advise all not to register yourself to take this company's services for car help.
This company has actually copied the name of Speed Dial Car helpline and taking its adavantage in making money and cheating people. See if all their numbers are busy for hours when u call for their service, how come they can provide any help to anybody in 15-30 minutes???

Please quit Speed ASAP to avoid any further cheating. Lodge a complaint in consumer court against their fraud.

I am Ankesh Agarwal and an unfortunate owner of your helpline service (# NS – 26731). I want to cancel my membership due to two reasons 1) Extremely poor response time 2) NO SERVICE.

I have called up multiple times at your call center for a complaint at 11:13 PM in night (17th August) when my vehicle stalled and the reply I got was “We only repair punctured tyres, balance of it is not covered”
Then I pushed my car to a fren’s place who happen to live nearby and called your call center again on the 18th August. I called at 4:20 PM in the evening and placed a request, then called again at 4: 46, 5:29, 7:03 PM but the guy there kept saying that the service van is on the way.. 10 kms away.. 10 mins away.. got heated….

Then I placed a request for cancellation atleast 5 times, but either the accounts guy is not there and the person takes my cell number and assures for a call back. But nobody ever calls back. I spoke to Mr. Ranjit but to no avail.. he said he will get back to me and then never came back. Stopped taking my calls after that…

Tried calling Mr. Neeraj & Mr. Ranjit but his phone is either busy or he doesn’t take calls…

Therefore, I have to launch a complaint in the consumer forum if I don’t get answer from you. This is not about the quantum money but the harassment I faced being stranded in the night with my wife at a lone place with no help even when I paid money for the service.
