IN ONE O[censored]R BLOGS REGARDING FASTRACK CAR HELPLINE ONE DR ALOK HAVE WRONGLY ASSOCIATED SPEED CAR HELPLINE WITH FASTRACK AND ACCUSED US OF DUPING PEOPLE.
I STRONGLY OBJECT TO THIS REMARK AND REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE OF THIS BLOG AS IT SEEMS THAT HE IS SOMEONE ASSOCIATED WITH OUR COMPETITIVE COMPANIES. I AM MANAGING DIRECTOR OF SPEED CAR HELPLINE AND I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY GIVE ME THE DETAILS OF THIS " DR AMIT" SO THAT I CAN FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM IN DELHI POLICE'S NEWLY FORMED CYBER CRIME CELL.

DEAR ALL, This particular helpline is group of all FRAUD - goons seems to be sitting there in call centre - who don't know how to talk - today 31st July 2010, I've called SPEED services in morning to replace the flat tyre with stepney. First call was made at 7:30 AM, thereafter almost every hour I've been making call, till now 11:30AM - after 4 hours - no one has turned up for the same - the guys sitting at their so-called call centre - see the number and disconnect the call. I don't know why despite so many complaints against this particular helpline - Police / administration are not taking any steps ...these type of companies are mushrooming everywhere frequently who just charge money and then disappear - surprising part is if you call them to enrol for service, the person will reach you in less than 20 minutes - which shows that SPEED is a FRAUD company - we all need to file case against the owners and take the money back alongwith penalty for harrassment...SA

I am the owner of Honda City Car No. 7599 and the card holder of your above referred membership.

My car was parked in my covered parking since last 15 days. When I try to open the vehicle in the morning of 4th August 2010, I found that it was not working due to discharge of battery.

Immediately, I dialed your helpline at[protected] and informed about all the situation.

I was shocked to hear that in response of my information, I was advised by that gentleman that I should contact a crane operator and should move the vehicle to the workshop by towing.

It was not informed to me at the time of taking of the membership that this kind of information you generally provide to your customers when they are in need of your help. Any person can do this at his own choice and he is not required to get this information from you on chargeable basis.

When I requested your person and discussed the matter in detail, he became ready to send the mechanic. I called at 11.22 am, 1.32 pm, 2.27 pm, 2.28pm, 3.53 pm and 3.57 pm continuously but all in vain. Everytime it was informed to me that mechanic is not traceable, as soon as he will pick the phone, we will inform you.

I lost my complete day ( 04/08/2010 ) and also could not reach at my destination due to waiting of your mechanic full day.

I want to know from your goodself that what is the purpose of taking your membership ? If you do not have sufficient staff (i.e. Mechanics) etc., please do not misguide the customers furthermore.

They are making money from customer(Rs 499) and listning only complaints rudly, misguided, waisting time, giving mental tenssion and offcourse not serving.

My membership number is NS-32597. I had loged a compliaint on 20th Aug 2010 regarding my car not able to start on 18:15 pm. First i called, Speed cutomer service told me within 15 minutes their machanic will reach Film City Noida, but no one reach within 1 hr. I had called again they told their machanic started from sector 55 Noida and will be reached within 15 min. After every 15 min intreval i called Speed Service centre till 11 PM in night no buddy come. Finally i have to leave my car in parking and gave key to Security if any one came then repair it. But till Now 1 PM 21st aug 2010 no one reached and when i calling them their are not giving proper response.

Its sucks and frustrate me about this type of service and company. If Speed not able to provide service then why they are in bussiness. They are worst in service and customer care people are misguiding to consumers about their service. if they are not able to provide service then should not commit to any consumer to provide service within 30 min and every time call their machanic will reaching shortly. if their machanic walk then he will reach within 1 hr from sector 55 to Secton 16 A Noida, but within 19 hr still he will be reaching. I have a humble request to pose either havy penality or bared their service so at least customer will sure he will get service.

I too have faced the same problem not once but twice.Your people don't care.They slam the phone down right in the face of their clients and i consider this rude.They keep on giving fake assurances that help is on its way though no help ever reaches us which is unethical.All i want from you now is that you return my subscription charges.Please check your mail.I have sent you a mail explaining my issues, and should you fail to comply, a copy of the same mail been sent to my lawyer.

Dear fellow customers,
I faced similar problems with speed yesterday. They havent sent the technician in spite of me giving them more than 50 calls. First they said, they will send the driver in 30 minutes. After 3 hours they started saying that the driver is not reachable, after 6 hours they said that the server is down. In the morning they registered the complaint again and then started the same excuses. The latest from them is that they have told me to contact the "seniors" on monday. I have tried their owners (Neeraj) number mentioned on this post also. He is also not reachable.
From the number of complaints i see on this website, it doesnt look like they are in the mood of providing any kind of service. Its just a big scam that takes the advantage of people not knowing about their reputation. The only way to stop them from fooling people in future is to take collective legal action. I warn anyone who is planning to take speed's services.They are fraud.They do not provide any service.Just take money.They have made this a business to take money from customers and than do not provide nay service.

I (Navdeep Dhawan) resident of I-151, Ashok Vihar, Phase-1, Delhi-110052. Bought the annual maintenance contract from Speed Car helpline service (D-20, First Floor, Ranjit Nagar Comm. Complex, Behind Satyam Cinema, Delhi-110008) on my vehicle (Maruti Suzuki Swift, reg# DL8CQ 0454 ). My membership number is 63825. Today, my car broke down and when i called them for help..they straight away told me that they will not send anybody to help me and i have to take my car to workshop. The customer care executice told me that he will not send anybody at any cost and i can do whatever i want to do. This is the third time i have called them for help and they only responded once and that too after 2-3 hours of calling them. I have been cheated and now i am being harassed by their customer care executives. I am not the first or the only person they have done this to. They have been doing this to everybody.

This stupid car helpline is the worst in the world
I call'd them but after several phone, they did't reached my place even after 2 hours, and attitude of car help line persons were worse, they first say that our person is coming, and after one hour they say this does ot comes under our help line,


I personally request all the people of delhi not be the custmer of this help line

SPEED is fraud. Everyone who has been looted by SPEED should file an FIR and get these people in jail. These thugs should not be tolerated in delhi.

I totally disagree with the comments of Mr Neeraj.
There is no service which this company offers. I really doubt if they have any mechanics on board with them. They claim to have the best network and the widest reach in terms of breakdown help in Delhi/NCR, but there've been two instances of me trying to get help from them and ended up wasting a couple of hours and quite a lot of money on phone calls. The last incident being a couple of days back when I was told that the mechanic who was coming to help is stuck on the way as his own vehicle broke down and there was no support for him. No one responds to phone calls after 9:30 PM- no matter how much you try and it is supposed to be a 'round the clock' service.
I think its just a dubious call center that they've setup to fool people.
I am strongly contemplating legal action against this fraudulent service in the consumer court.

I am very much disappointed with the services and decided not to continue my membership in future or never suggest any one for becoming a speed member.

I want my refund back, I have already informed your customer care to initiate the refund and they have gave me 4th Jan 2011 date of refund I am waiting for that day, if I have not received my refund then I will file a complaint under Section 420 of Indian penal code.

Car Speed is worst servicing I find, I call speed call centre about 12:00 stating that please change the puncher type at my home. its a second day no one come from speed, appox I call these speed people around 15-30 time in two. But every time they give some goolle, server is busy we are able to access the complaint information some time not able to contact over control centre, some time toady speed have very high number of complaints... and so on ..
they are claming that they will be at site with in 30 mins. I am waiting for these guts from last 24 hrs.
If you are ready to take spped services with in 30 days then sure opt spped
I don’t think so the speed are serious about the business... to my all friends who are reading this a honest suggestion/recommendation don’t choose the speed car help line ... they will take money from you and make you fool aslo...
Hi, my membership number is 50000 which got expired in first week of Jan. I have called the customer service at least 20 times since Jan, but there is no call back. Every time I am told that sales people will call in some time but the call has never come. Today, 15/3/2011, I have called them for the LAST time, if they call me back and renew my membership is fine but otherwise, I will buy another service. They dont know how to keep their customers. This is very bad impression of the company and people will never recommend their service due to so much negligence.

complaint against car no up78-u-1700 was submitted around 6.30 pm on[protected] after one hour i was told that their van is busy at mayur vihar they will solve my problem as soon as possible i waited for five hours and again rang them they said that they will send their van in the morning if i want to compliant then i can complaint to their head (neeraj) that person told his name as alam kindly look out the matter
