Gentleman’s.
My name is Ravikumar Ankani I international traveler and I use to travel in Spice jet flights frequently from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam on 14th I faced unconvinced at Visakhapatnam airport, and also on 19th April at Hyderabad airport for accepting my luggage, so I would like to complain against this issues please advise me where I can lodge the issue ? or let me know the right place to complain for my grievances ,please reply me as soon as possible.

PCWorld[/url] who said that the screen needed replacing and they quoted over £700 for the repair.
Needless to say we refused (by that time I was involved with the case).

We started to try and discuss it with them but their repsonse was that the item ws out of guarantee and as there was no EW, the repair would have to be paid for.
We threatened legal action and were ignored. We eventually started a claim in the county courticon and alleged a breach of the Sales of Goods Act 1979 as amended, on the grounds that the computer was not of [url=http://www.laptopspark.com/products/HP-G62-340US-NoteBook-AMD-Athlon-II-Dua...⇄ G62-340US NoteBook AMD Athlon II Dual-Core P340(2.20GHz) 15.6" 3GB Memory 320GB HDD 5400rpm DVD Super Multi ATI Radeon HD 4250[/url]
satisfactory[/url] quality contrary to s.14 SGA.

As you might expect, suddenly PCWorld started to take interesticon. laptop[/url] again and we let them have it. Within a short time they came back with a revised estmate for the work saying that the screen only needed to be repaired - for £220!!
They offered us £220 plus the cost of the summons. We refused and two days before the hearing we received an offer of the full amount which we accepted.
