Spice mobile company cheated with consumers

I have bought mobile spice company since long time. but unfortunately there are not success any model of spice in CDMA. currently I have buy a mobile C-5300 on dated 25-August- 2009 from DEALER at Jodhpur.from starting I found Network problem & Voice not clear in my mobile. after three weeks when I call to a person suddenly I found that I can,t listen voice from otherside. so I sent mobile to Spice service centre M/s. Govind Techno Services. jodhpur & they given me that mobile after three days. & I found that Earphone is ok but the network & voice disturbance problem are same as before. but I was think that it is the problem in my service provider.
on 1 November 2009 my mobile is going as before "earphone is not working".
& I have so I sent mobile to Spice service centre M/s. Govind Techno Services as before but I don't get my mobile yet & they said that mobile plate is not good. you have given me gurantee of one year & I don't satisfy with this model. I have complaint at spice mobile's customer care emails [protected]@spicemobile.in; [protected]@spicemobile.in; [protected]@spicemobile.in
but they didn't give any response from there side.
I have tried since last 9 month for this mobile at spice mobile company service centre but there are no response & warranty has been finish at mobile. & I can use that mobile since I bought & yet,.

so I advice to everybody never buy any mobile of spice mobile company.
