[Resolved]  Spice Mobile Handset S-580 — refusal of warranty repair by spice service centre at srinagar(smart care gole market karan nagar srinagar kashmir 190010

i have purchased a spice made mobile hand set model S-580 on dated[protected] fro spice dealer at srinagar kashmir . mobile developed a fault an d become non functional. i visited the authorised service centre of spice mobiles for repair ment under warranty on[protected]. after 10 days on[protected] when i visited the service centre for collecting my hand set . they said it is dead and can not be repaired ,i refused to take away hand set without repairment which is still lying there. when i enquired why they will not repait my hand set . they said my hand set has broken inside due to falling on ground which is totally baseless. they have tampered my mobile handset as there are unexperienced mechanics . i therefore request to ur good self please give me justice as the irresponsible and negligent behaviour of the spice service centre in srinagar have wasted my time and troubled me.
