[Resolved] Spice Mobile M4580 — handset not working | |||
hi,myself virendra,six month back i purchased a spice mobile M4580 from swastik electronics chembur,its work properly only for 15 days from the date of purchase.Then speaker and vibration problem occured two times in span of 2 months.These problems were solved temporery,but same problem occured again in april 2010,so i went to the dealer swastik electronics,chembur,dealer kept mobile for 2 months with him without sending it to service center.When asked he replied its not my duty,you have to personally go to service center and get the problem solved.Now i want either my money back or replacement,what should i do?pls help for furher process. spice mobile (M4580) — Replacement of Mobile Handset
I purchased the above mentioned spice mobile handset on 19th january 2010, from Spice Retail Ltd. Shop No. 4, Satyaniketan, Motibagh, New Delhi. And the handset became dead on 20th january 2010. I was asked to report the matter at spice's service center, K-32, Lajpat Nagar , and the mobile set was taken for being repleced on 21st january 2010. The service center asked for 15 days time for delivery of the handset. But refused the delivery inspite of my repeated inquiries.As of today that is 18th february 8:22 PM, The handset has not been delivered to me. Everytime I approach the service station, they are ready with one or the other excuse. Please do the needful and take the required steps for the delivery of my handset as soon as possible.
